Bases: IndependentMatchingNoise

A noise model that outputs an infinite stream of empty decoding edge lists.

Used to define ZERO for the purpose of monte carlo model addition.

Return the equivalent exhaustive model for this noise model.

Given some representation of a code, return a generator of batches of errors for that code.
